Last updated on MAY 13, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Inventory Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When the system generates and calculates a nota fiscal, the IPI tax is calculated based on a percentage applied over the price and this percentage is set by Fiscal Classification.
Some products have to have the IPI calculation based on amount applied by Unit of Measure.
Example:
Products made with chocolate are charged $ 0.09 (nine cents) per 1 Kilogram. Also, it is related to fiscal classification as well.
This is known in Brazil as:
" ICMS / IPI por Pauta ".

How to calculate the ICMS-ST base using the Pauta value (Table Price for a product) instead of the MVA in the Brazil localization of JDE version 9.2 ?
