Symptoms
When user attempts to cancel of more than 10 open lines of an ST/O order created with a huge number of lines, more than 200 lines, the system in most of case become unresponsive. At times it does not cancel the lines and others times you may see the Asynchronous Business Function Error - P4210 F4211FSEndDoc in the screen and it does not complete the cancellation.
Steps:
Note: Make sure User profile has Country code set to value “BR” to active Brazilian Localization
1. P4210 – Create a transfer order using version ZJDE7007 (VT/HT) for a certain big number of lines on it. On this case 296 lines.
2. P4210 - Inquire on order detail and click on the little arrow on right side of grid record count to show all lines in the order.
3. P4210 – Select about 15/20 lines to be cancelled. Selected between lines 275 and 290.
4. P4210 – After the lines on strike lines, click green check to confirm the cancel.
5. Back to P4210 screen click FIND button and you may see the ASYNCHRONOUS BUSINESS FUNCTION ERROR or no changes in the lines at all.
6. P4210 – The lines 275 thru 290 have not been cancelled.
