E1: 42: P42101 Sales Order not Displaying Warning Error ID 42BINF - Informational: Related WO is reserved (Doc ID 3023575.1)

Symptoms

When a using is inquiring on a Work Order (P48013) that was created from a Sales Order, the P4210 Sales Order will show the following warning:

Informational: Related WO is reserved

When inquiring on the P42101 Sales Order, this same warning will not display

Steps:

  1. Create a Sales Order (P4210 or P42101) using a line type W to create a related Work Order (P48013).
  2. Another user should inquire on the related Work Order (P48013) and select it to access the header.
  3. Access the Sales Order using P42101 and go to Sales Order Detail Revisions. Notice that the system does not display the "Related WO is reserved" warning message.
  4. Test using the P4210 Sales Order and notice that the system does display the warning.
