 Scenario A - Scheduled jobs are configured to be submitted by usernames which are corresponding to human usernames too (same username can be used for scheduled job and used by a human in the same time)
 Scenario B - Scheduled jobs are configured to be submitted by usernames which are never corresponding to human usernames (scheduled jobs are using distinct usernames which are not used by human in the same time)
