E1: 45: Price Adjustment is not Applied When the Detail Branch is in a Different Company than the Header Branch

Symptoms
When a Price Adjustment is setup based on an Order Detail Group and it is setup to select adjustments based on a specific Company Number, if the Branch Plant in the Sales Order Detail is in a different company than the header branch, the Price Adjustment is not applied.
The issue is reproduced with the following steps:
- An Order Detail Group (P4092) is setup with selection on the Company field
- A Price Adjustment Definition (P4071) is setup to select sales order lines using the Order Detail Group.
- A Price Adjustment Detail (P4072) record is setup to apply the adjustment to order lines in a particular Company .
- The price adjustment is attached to an Adjustment Schedule (P4070).
- The Adjustment Schedule is attached to the Customer Billing Instructions (P03013).
- The Sales Order is created with the Header Branch that is in Company the same company as the price adjustment.
- The Branch on the Sales Order Detail Line is in a different Company.
- Check Price History (P4074)
- The Price Adjustment is not applied.
