Symptoms
Cannot select any application from the Row Exit or Form Exit when using touchscreen.
The navigation works when opening sub-folders in the menu, but nothing happens when clicking on a task ID.
Expect the ability to open any JDE application from Menu via touchscreen (on a laptop or iPAD).
Below are the few scenarios where Touch Screen event is not working inside the JDE application:
1. Hyper Menu Row Exit
2. Hyper Menu Form Exit
3. Hyper Menu Report
4. Hyper Menu Tools
5. Hyper Menu One View
6. Personalization Menu (Top Right Icon)
7. Dragging the fields inside Personal Form & Form Extension.
8. Right Click Option -> using Touch screen
9. Auto Suggestion Feature
