E1: 07: Pre-Payroll R07200 Puerto Rico Taxable Wages Do Not Include Cash Taxable Benefit

Symptoms
When an employee works in Puerto Rico and has a Taxable Benefit the Puerto Rico Taxable Wages are incorrect and the taxable wages are not including the taxable DBA amount.
Steps:
1. P059116 DBA, set up a taxable benefit. The issue can be reproduced with the setting of Effect on Gross/Net Pay 2 (cash benefit taxable) or 3 (non-cash benefit taxable).
2. P0801US Employee National/Fiscal Data, set work to tax area 22 and residence to tax area 44.
3. P060120 Employee Tax Override. The issue can be reproduced with A or % for FT.
4. P050181 Employee DBA Instructions, add the taxable benefit DBA and amount.
5. P07210I add Interim overriding Tax Area with 721270095 (Puerto Rico) and calculate. The Stub Detail Gross Pay includes the taxable benefit but the Tax detail Gross Pay/Taxable Gross does not include the taxable benefit.
