E1: 77Y: R77100 Canadian Year-End Work File Build For Dental Benefit Box 45 Incorrect When Employee Works in Multiple Provinces

Symptoms
The setup solution for Canadian T4 Year-End using an accrual (see Doc ID 2972729.1) for the Dental Benefit Box 45 does not address if the employee works in multiple provinces and receives a T4 slip per tax area.
Steps:
1. P0801CA Employee National/Fiscal Data, set a Canadian employee to Work and residence 700150000 Ontario
2. P07210 Payroll Workbench, run employee through payroll and Final Update
3. P0801CA change employee Work Tax Area to 700010000 Alberta
4. P07210 process the employee through payroll and Final Update
5. P779901 verify the employee has a CA F0713 Tax History record for each province
6. P051121 Speed Time Entry, following Doc ID 2972729.1 enter a one-time-override for the employee with an accrual and code. Run employee accrual through payroll and Final Update.
7. P77100 Canadian Year-End, set up a year-end ID. Form exit Special Handling for accrual and Box 45. Submit Year-End build.
8. P77100 row exit Document Inquiry verify 2 T4s are created. Note that Box 45 is only populated for one of the T4s (this is incorrect).
