E1: 30: Kanban Revision Updates F3016 USER and UPMJ Time Date Stamp (P3016) (Doc ID 3028673.1)

Last updated on JUNE 13, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Product Data Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When adding a row from P3016 Kanban Revisions and saving the record, find that the F3016 file for existing records is corrupted, in that the USER and UPMJ is updated for ALL the records that were in the grid, not just the added row, with the exception of the very first record.

Steps:

  1. G30411/P3016 select existing item branch record with kanban cards or click Add.
  2. From P3016 revisions, Form > Add Row
  3. Enter a new unique Kanban record.
  4. Save Changes.
  5. From databrowser, review F3016 records for item and branch. Note that the time date stamp of the added record is used to update additional records that were in the grid at the time the row was added, corrupting the audit information fields.
