Symptoms

Custom orchestration created by third party such as Scanman calling Scanman custom business function (BSFN) is causing a lot of zombies on the Enterprise server leading to the server hanging. Must restart JDE enterprise service to resolve.

It usually takes around 8 hours before the server becomes unresponsive.
