Symptoms
When using the "Copy WO Detail" (17714) application from the Generic Work Order Entry (P48201) application there is an issue with it copying the "Run Machine - Actual" hours from the old router to the new router. Work around this issue by copying the WO header and then copying the Parts List and Router separately to the new work order that is being created.
STEPS
1. Inquire on a Service WO P17714
2. Copy WO detail
3. inquire on P17732
Notice the Run "Machine - Actual" copied
