Symptoms

Getting File Name must have a value Error Running Orchestration

Customer has a simple orchestration to load a file attachment to an existing work order. When running the orchestration, receive the following error in the Studio Client output:

 

Also unable to upload multiple files through the File Inputs based on this Oracle By Example (OBE) found here.
