Symptoms

The customer has added multiple fields to both the Grid and the Form via the Form Extension functionality in the regular Sales Order Entry application, P4210.

Attempting to view some of those fields via the P42101 Powerforms - for example, the Program ID (Alias PID) and the Date Updated (alias UPMJ).  The columns/fields are not displayed as expected.
