Purpose

The objective of this note is to assist customers of JD Edwards to understand the implications of Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules 2021 and Rule 11(g) of Companies (Audit and Auditors) Amendment Rules 2021 on maintaining audit trail requirements specified by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and recommendations for enabling compliance to the legal specifications.
