E1: MOBJ: Enhanced Media Object - Attachment Manager Panel Does Not Open When Media Object Key Contains Apostrophe/Quote Character (Doc ID 3031262.1)

Symptoms

Using Enhanced media object, Attachment Manager panel does not open when media object key contains apostrophe/quote character.

Steps:
1. Fastpath P40162 Work With Print Message.
2. Click ADD.
3. Print Message Revisions, type X#Z in [Print Message],[Description]; click OK.
4. In side panel(Attachment Manager) click + icon(Attachment Manager Add).
5. In popup(Attachments) select 'Text Attachment'.
6. In popup(Text Attachment) type GT4016A, click Save. Close side panel.
7. Type X'Z in [Print Message],[Description]; click OK. Progress bar display briefly. Nothing happens.
8. Click Cancel or goto Form > Attachments, nothing happens.
9. To test again, fastpath P40162 to launch a new session.
