Symptoms

The Standard Audit File for Tax in respect of CIT (called JPK_CIT in Polish -Jednolity Plik Kontrolny dla podatku dochodowego od osób prawnych) is a new mandatory requirement for corporate income taxpayers in Poland. It involves electronically transmitting accounting data directly to tax authorities (XML format) JPK_KR_PD (for accounting books and corporate income tax) and JPK_ST (for fixed assets)
