E1: 30: Where Used Diagram P30004x Not Considering Component Effective Thru Dates (Doc ID 3032366.1)

Symptoms

The Where Used Diagram P30004x displays upper level or top level parent items for an expired component per the As Of date and the component effective Thru date.  

Steps:  

  1. Enter P41026 M stock and P stock type items for use in a multi-level bill of material (BOM).  
  2. Enter P3002 BOM with Purchased P stock Type and sub-assembly M stock type items.
  3. In P3002 add P Stock type items to lower level M BOM Item.  
  4. Vary Effective From and Effective Thru dates such that when vary the As Of date in P30004X, expect component-Sub(Lvl 2) and Component-Parent(Lvl 1) to not display, if not yet effective or past effective thru dates, depending on the As Of date.
