JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Receivable - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The Last Invoice Date (DLIJ) and Date Last Paid (DLP) are miscalculated by R03B16A. After running the A/R Statistical History Purge/Repost (R03B163) and the A/R Statistical History Refresh (R03B16A) to re-calculate the DLIJ and DLP are not correct.
Steps:
- One customer was found where the R03B16A calculated incorrect Last Invoice Date (DLIJ) and Date Last Paid (DLP). The error was verified by checking Customer Master (P03013) -> Additional Customer Information against Customer Ledger Inquiry (P03B2002) for Posted transactions and Receipts Inquiry (P03B102).
- Run the A/R Statistical History Purge/Repost (R03B163) for an interval that includes the transactions and then re-run the A/R Statistical History Refresh (R03B16A) to re-calculate the AR statistics.
- Notice the issue is still there after running R03B16A.
- The same issue can be observed in the Credit Check (P42050).
Upon further research it was discovered that the Customer Master Last Invoice Date (DLIJ) and Date Last Paid (DLP) were not updated properly because they had values further into the future than existing transactions.
