E1: ORCH: 31: Work Center Load Review Calendar Application (P313004X) Keeps Spinning

Symptoms
After setting up Work Center Load Review Calendar (P313004X) as described in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Work Center Load Review Calendar (Doc ID 1992819.1), when a user tries to open the application, it just keeps spinning without displaying any data.
This is happening for specific user, while other users with other roles, are able to open the application without issues.
When checking the AIS user specific debug log, the following messages can be seen:
