Symptoms

After running the Sales Freight Request Export (R49T10) and sending the XML to OTM, an undefined error occurs due to the incorrect sequence of 'refnumvalue' and 'refnumqualifiergid' elements, not aligning with the OTM XSD structure. The error in the validation is "cvc-elt.1.a: Cannot find the declaration of element 'TransmissionHeader". Manually adjusting the order of these elements resolves the upload error, but another issue arises in the transmission manager, indicating the absence of these two reference numbers in OTM.

STEPS:

1. Create a sales order using the P4210 with the line type and order type setup for OTM processing in the 49/TP UDC table.
2. Run the R49T10 and generate the XML file to be sent to OTM.
3. Send the XML file to OTM for validation. Error is received and the XML file is rejected by OTM.
