Symptoms
Issue 1:
Processing Options for R078334 and R89078334 both ask for an Account Number but only allow 6 characters. The leading zeros for the 10-digit field are missing at the Company level header line AND on each EE record/line. Request to prefix zeros for this 10-digit field.
Issue 2:
The PO set to 1 to report gross wage less excludable is ignoring this selection. This works for the S record but is an issue for the T and F records.
Issue 3:
Requesting a processing option to enter the Submitter's contact information, currently this is not available.
