Symptoms

Recently upgrade from World to EnterpriseOne 9.2  When working with Time Entry by Employee Master P051191 and selecting an employee to do time entry revisions, an error "Fetch from table F08040" is given from Time Entry Revisions P051131.  Table F08040 exists and has a record.
