Symptoms
When adding a credit order/shipment (pickup) and standard outbound shipment to a load, in order to change the stop sequence for the destinations on the load, it is necessary to manually populate the origin and destination when creating the load using the P4960. When this is done, the shipment depot (NMCU) is not getting populated on the load and is not populated in the F4960 (Load Header) table. If these values are not input, the shipment depot, origin and destination are properly populated on the load.
STEPS
1. Using the P4210, create a sales order that will generate a shipment.
2. Go into the P4960 (Work with Loads) and click Add.
3. Input a vehicle type and click on the Origin/Destination tab. Input only the origin and address that is associated with the shipment.
4. Select the shipment to place on the load and click OK to create the load.
5. Find the load in the P4960 and click select. Take the form exit to Header Revisions and click on the Origin/Destination tab. The shipment depot is blank.
6. Go into the F4960 using databrowser. The Shipment Depot (NMCU) is blank.
