Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Inventory Transfer/P4113

Intermittently when performing an Inventory Transfer (P4113), the following error occurs:

WEB CLIENT EXCEPTION

The JAS logs show the following message:

An exception has been caught by the Web client. Please contact your system administrator. See log for details. Exception id =Exception_2023-09-28 12:56:48.623_UserID There was a problem with the server while running the business function F4113FSEndDoc.\nThe server may still be available, but because of state information, the entire unit of work must be resubmitted.\nPlease exit the application and restart it.\nPost Button Clicked Line number 14\nP4113_W4113B com.jdedwards.runtime.base.SystemException: There was a problem with the server while running the business function F4113FSEndDoc.\nThe server may still be available, but because of state information, the entire unit of work must be resubmitted.\nPlease exit the application and restart it.\nPost Button Clicked Line number 14\nP4113_W4113B

Steps:
1. Access the Transfers program, P4113.
2. Enter the From Branch, To Branch in the header, then enter the Item Number, Quantity and From/To location.
3. Click on the OK button and note the following error.
