E1: 42: Copy Sales Order (P42101) With Future Commit Does Not Write The Price History Flag In F4211 (Doc ID 3041798.1)

Symptoms

Copy order using P42101 with future commit does not write the F4211 Price History flag Alias SO09, causing Sale update to not book the accruals.

Steps
1. Create a Sales order P42101 with price history = 1
2. Copy order and change only Customer PO
3. Price history record F4211 exist on new order
4. Copy second order
5. Change Customer PO + button Edit Full Header
6. Change Requested date to date greater than Specific Commitment Days P41001
7. Check F4211 for new order notice it did NOT copy price history flag and its BLANK
