Last updated on AUGUST 19, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Agreement Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

P43200W displays only a single Agreement contract even if there are two contracts with the same Expire Date and the setup in the Processing options for P4310 (Purchase order), Tab Processing, Option 6 Agreement Search = 3 Assign agreement with the earliest expiration date.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create two contracts P38010 (Agreement Master) with different numbers used for purchasing, with the same parameters on almost all attributes: Partner, Agreement Qty Type(Q), Agreement Quantity, Name/Description, Destination (*ANY), Ds Ty(*A), Item Number(APTEST), Currency(EUR). Effective Dates are different, but Expire Dates are the same for the contracts. Example: Agr.Number = 4400215968, Effective Date = 05/05/2023, Expire Date = 04/30/2024; Agr.Number = 4400217346, Effective Date = 06/07/2023, Expire Date = 04/30/2024.
  2. Set Processing options for P4310 (Purchase order), Tab Processing, Option 6 Agreement Search = 3 Assign agreement with the earliest expiration date.
  3. Enter a purchase order P4310. The system displays the warning “Agreement Exist”.
  4. Take Row exit and select the menu “ Agreements”. The system opens the P43200W Agreement Selection Window but it displays only a single contract even if both contracts have the same Expired Date.

P43200W should display all the Agreement contracts that have the same Expire Date when using the following setup in the Processing options for P4310 (Purchase order), Tab Processing, Option 6 Agreement Search = 3 Assign agreement with the earliest expiration date.
