When using the Web Software Update, P96470W, and attempting to import the Tools Rollup ESU, JN20828, it fails with an error message:

This only occurs with machines connected to a AS400.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Within P96470W

2. Open Form Exit 'Import'

3. Select file for the Tools Rollup ESU and attempt import
