Symptoms
Employees in Colorado who have worked in a quarter are showing incorrectly as not working in the Colorado State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) text file F078306. It looks at PPED and Month. For the attached F078306 the employee has 100 in positions 212 through 214, which it should show as 111.
Here is an example of the SQL run:
SELECT * FROM PRODDTA.F06166 WHERE (YVAN8 = 1394144.000000 AND YVTARA = '06' AND YVPTAX = 'F' AND YVG101 > 0.000000 AND YVPPED >= 124012 AND YVHMO = 1.000000)
Steps To Duplicate
- Ensure you have the payroll history for 1 employee for January, February, and March before and after the 12th of each of month. Run through Final Update to create history in F06166.
- Run Quarterly Weeks Worked Report (R07810) for this employee
- Run Create State Unemployment Workfile (R078300) for this employee
- Run State Unemployment Report Setup (P074001R) for Colorado SUI R89078306 Colorado SUI Magnetic Media
- Go to the export folder to get your text file
