Symptoms

When trying to record a process of adding an object to an Object Management Workbench Web (P98220W) Project using JDE Process recorder, following issues are observed:

Steps to replicate:

  1.  Sign in to the EnterpriseOne web client. You can access the EnterpriseOne web client from the Tools page in the Orchestrator Studio.
  2.  In EnterpriseOne, click the drop-down menu next to your user name and select Record a Process.
  3. In the Process Recorder, click the Start button.
  4. Access the OMW Web (P98220W) application using Fast Path or opening it from the Navigator menus.
  5. Select any Project and in the project object tab, click on "ADD Existing" button.
  6. This should open "Add EnterpriseOne Object to Project" (W98220WAB). Take the user defined object dropdown and select any UDO type for example "Composite Page". Press OK.
  7. Now "Web Objects Search & Select" (P9860SS: W9860SSA) opens. Find and select any object and click the select button .
  8. Notice the selected object is added to the project.
  9. Click Stop in process recorder and complete these fields :
    Name:TEST FORM REQUEST
    Description:TEST FORM
    Product Code:55
  10. Click the SAVE button in recorder.
  11. Open Orchestrator Studio and investigate the Service request "TEST FORM REQUEST".
  12. Notice the steps on form W9860SSA are not recorded.
  13. Editing and Manually adding W9860SSA does not work successfully too when this form request is used.
