Symptoms

For some specific users, Personal Form icon (highlighted in yellow in the below image) is missing in all applications in all the environments. The required Action Security has been verified and the icon is available for some other users with the same role.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Login to the HTML instance
  2. Open P01012 using fastpath
  3. Check if Personal Form icon is available
