Symptoms
When Update PM Schedule (R12807) creates an assigned Work Order that has an Item Routing (P3003) from the Model Work Order, the attached Labor Detail (P13732 or P17732) has blank Estimated Hours.
Steps:
1. Inquire on the Model Work Order's Item Routing (P48201 to Labor Detail, P3003). Note that there are Run Labor hours.
2. Run Update PM Schedule (R12807) over an asset with a PM Schedule that will come due and uses the Model Work Order.
3. The system will create an assigned Work Order; inquire on the assigned Work Order (P48201).
4. Take the row exit to Labor Detail (P17732). Notice that the system attached the Labor record from the model, but labor hours are blank.
