Unable to expand the object list in OMW application for the default project. This is happening on the deployment server.  While performing this action, below error is displayed on the screen,

"Business function load failed-BAD LIBRARY-CheckUDCExist"

Steps to Replicate:

1. Login to Deployment Server

2. Open OMW application (P98220)

3. Go to Default Project and try to expand the object list

4. It fails to expand and displays the error "Business function load failed-BAD LIBRARY-CheckUDCExist"

The jde.log has the below errors,
