Symptoms

When releasing a blanket order P420111 form W420111B that has Form Extension fields added (URRF User Reserved Reference - URDC User Reserved Code - CNID Container I.D.) not all fields are copied over to the newly generated sales order P4210.

Steps
1. Add fields CNID URCD URRF to SO P4210 grid from Form Extension
2. Create a Blanket order P4210 populated fields
3. Release the blanket P420111
4. Generated SO P4210
Notice added fields are not on new SO
