Symptoms

After doing an upgrade to TR 9.2.8.1. the application P48002X - Staff Utilization fails to open correctly. It is not possible to determine the cause of the failure because the P48002X just shows a blank screen, with the message "Loading ..." and there are no other errors being triggered on the screen.
