Symptoms

After signing on to the web client, the error "The web page at <URL> might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address" (ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR) is seen. The home page cannot be displayed.

The ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR is seen in the browser console.

 

 




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. User sign on to the web client.
  2. Blank page is shown.
  3. The above error is seen.
