E1: 08: Process Pending Employees R060116P Allows Duplicate SSN When Importing into F060116Z (Doc ID 3048252.1)

Symptoms

After applying Bug 34215986 the R060116P allows an employee to be inserted into the system with a SSN (Tax ID) of an existing employee when the data is imported into F060116Z.

Steps:
1. Import into F060116Z populating the SZSSN and YACCPR (country code for payroll) that matches an existing employee.
2. IV set P0100041 ZJDE0001 processing options to issue an error for duplicate Tax ID.
3. BV run R060116P (Process Pending Employees) with processing option to update master files and Data Select for the F060116Z record. PDF shows No Errors.
4. Verify in P01012 Address Book and P060116 Employee Profile that incorrect 2 employees exist with the same Tax ID
