Symptoms

When a user is accessing to E1 from an IPad with iOS 17 using Chrome or Firefox browsers, after Tools Release upgrade to 9.2.8.2 the pages are displaying a loading spinning wheel, but those are not loading even after certain amount of time. No errors or warnings are logged in the logs, but behavior is not the correct.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to JDE by using an Ipad with iOS 17 and Chrome or Firefox browsers.
  2. Navigate normally through the user interface.
  3. Some pages will only display a loading spinning wheel without load the information correctly.
