When trying to apply Automated Tools Release Configuration via P96ATRC it fails at 97%, while running UBEs R9860A.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Have records in F986110 (Job Control Status Master) which JCJOBNBR value number is higher then 8 positions

2. Run R96ATRC

3. Notice R96ATRC failing with "Failed" status in Schedule Status and UBE R9860A check box with red icon
