Symptoms

This issue is in reference to the "Search For User Activity" functionality in Server Manager. Even though the users are logged-in and performing certain tasks in application, while doing a search for the user task details via "Search For User Activity" option, no data is displayed.

Message on the screen "There are no active users that match the supplied criteria"

Below screen shot confirms that there is a user who is online



The user session details are displayed for the JDE user

However the user activity details are not displayed "There are no active users that match the supplied criteria"
