Symptoms

When attempting to inquire on an item in Costed Routing Inquiry (P30208) where a valid Item Routing does exist and there are frozen costs (F30026), the following error occurs:

No Routing or Process Exists
Error ID 1198


Steps:
1. Find a manufactured standard cost parent item that has a valid Bill, Routing and Cost Components (P30026)
2. Inquire on the item in Costed Routing (P30208); notice the following error

No Routing or Process Exists
