Symptoms
The F078341 flat file generated by the R89078341 is not following the latest specs.
Steps to reproduce:
Process South Carolina SUI for the second quarter 2024 by running the following UBEs: R07810, R078300, and R078341A / R89078341 and review the F078341 file.
1. SC – Line 1 Column 164 is supposed to be EE submitter not company name.
The R89078341 POs No. 4 shows the text Transmitter Company, it should show EE submitter instead.
2. Line 2 Column 173 – the employer account number should begin in this column. Left Justified.
With Account number 123456789 start at position 173
With Account number 123456 start at position 176
3. Line 3 Column 135-141 – the SOC code must be formatted with a dash – the test file does not include a dash.
