Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When approving a load via P4960 Load Build and the line is split due to partial backorder quantity and a Next Status is defined in the P4960 process tab option 5. Next Status for backordered lines created by a split the next status of the new split backordered line is the same as the original line instead of what is defined in P4960 processing options.

Replication Steps:

1) Enter a transportation sales order and manually backorder a partial quantity.
2) P4960. Set process tab option 5. Next Status for backordered lines created by a split to something other than the beginning status. In this case 540.
3) P4210. Select the order and take the row exit to Work with Shipments.
4) P4915. Take the row exit to Loads and Select Shipment.
5) P4960. Take the form exit to Load Build and click add and create a load. Click OK.
6) P4960. Take the form exit to Approve the load then go to P4210 and check statuses. Note the next status of the new split backordered line is 527 (same as the original line) instead of 540 defined in P4960 processing options.
