E1: 13: P13714 (Planning Workbench) 'Save And Add New' Button Writes The Previous Serial Number (ASID) To The Next Work Order (Doc ID 3051645.1)

Symptoms

When pressing "Save and Add New" on the P13714 (Planning Workbench) application, the serial number (alias ASID) from the previous work order is written to the F4801T (Work Order Tag file) when it should not be.  The serial number should not carry through to the next work order.

Steps to Duplicate: 
1. Input a new P1701 / P1702 Equipment record with Unit Number and Serial Number.
2. On P13700, Press Add, and on P13714 input the Equipment Number, Customer Number, Site Number, Descriptions, Branch info on Order Detail and Accounting tabs, and press Save and Add New.
3. see the Previous Order Number field is populated, and input new information leaving the Equipment Number field blank. Press Save. The serial number from the previous transaction is written to the F4801T file.
4. Check the P13700 for the Serial Number field and see that the Serial Number for the second work order was indeed written.
