E1: 44H: Unable to Cancel All Selected Lines in Lot Start Workfile Review (P44H711) (Doc ID 3052519.1)

The customer is experiencing an issue within the Lot Workfile Review program (P44H711|W44H711A). When a user attempts to cancel multiple lines at the same time from the Row Exit menu (Cancel action), it only cancels a random number of lines and not all lines originally selected. It takes multiple Cancel action attempts to get all lines canceled.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE: 

1.  Access Lot Start Workfile Review for a specific Area/Community/Lot/Cost Code. Note how many records are displayed.
2.  All records are selected in the grid, user takes Row Exit to Cancel >>>> there are 2 warnings generated, H00210 (Cancel Date same as System Date) and 4473, Future Fiscal Year. The user refreshes the screen and some workfile records have been canceled (now gray) but several remain red.
3.  The remaining red records are selected and the Cancel operation tried again – again some get canceled but some remain red. The final records are selected, Cancel is performed but only 1 gets canceled. A final operation is needed to cancel the last remaining red line. Final screen shows all the selected lines in gray color (Canceled)
