E1: SOLEXP: E1 Menu Pane Shrinks and Text of Menu Items is Truncated Showing only the First Character for Some Users in 9.2.8.3 (Doc ID 3052570.1)

Symptoms

While working in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Web Client , Some users observe a shrinked menu pane with truncated text when they click on the Navigator Icon. After clearing the browser cache the menu pane appears with correct width and full text of menu items but as soon as any sub menu item is clicked, the pane shrinks again and truncates the text making only the first characters visible. Issue is not specific to browser and can be observed in multiple browsers. 

This issue is specific to few users only who do not have access to fast path.

Issue can be replicated using below steps:

1. Login to JDE Web Client as an Admin.
2. Type P00950 in fast path to open security workbench.
3. Take the Feature security form exit and disable the TASK SEARCH feature.
4. Take the setup security>Solution explorer Security Form exit.
5. Add a record to secure fast path access for any user (USERA).
6. Logout.
7. Login to Server Manager console and clear the security cache.
8. Login to Web Client as USERA ( The user with restricted fast path access).
9. Click on the Navigator Button to notice Shrinked Menu pane.

 Upgrade to Tools Release 9.2.8.3
