Symptoms

When deleting a record from P1701 - Work with Equipment Master, the following error appears in debug log:
JDB3300020 - Fetch not allowed. Prior successful Select operation required for this request.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In P1701, find a certain equipment record
2. Activate jde logs
3. P1701 - Select the equipment record and take Delete button to remove the equipment record from the system.
4. Check the jdedebug log and notice the error "JDB3300020 - Fetch not allowed. Prior successful Select operation required for this request".
