E1: 17: Jdedebug Log Shows the Error "JDB3300020 - Fetch not allowed. Prior successful Select operation required for this request" when Using Work With Assets - P1204 Application to Delete an Existing Equipment Record (Doc ID 3053431.1)

Symptoms

When deleting a record from Work With Assets - P1204, the following error appears in jdedebug log:
JDB3300020 - Fetch not allowed. Prior successful Select operation required for this request.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In P1204, find a certain equipment record
2. Activate jde logs
3. P1204 - Select the equipment record and take Delete button to remove the equipment record from the system.
4. Check the jdedebug log and notice the error "JDB3300020 - Fetch not allowed. Prior successful Select operation required for this request".
