Symptoms

PO Receipts (P4312) Takes Minutes to Process Each Line When the Landed Cost Processing Option is Activated. In a test in the production environment it took 3 minutes, 34 seconds after clicking OK on the Receipts screen before the Landed Cost Screen was displayed.

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. PO Receipts (P4312) Version has Landed Cost Activated.
  2. Enter PO Receipts (P4312) Version.
  3. Populate Rec Opt = 7 and Click OK.
    • Time Stamp is 38.48.93.
    • At Time Stamp 42.09.47 (3 min 21 seconds) it still has not opened the Landed Cost Screen.
    • Landed Cost Screen Opens at 42.22.07 (3 Min 34 sec)
