E1: 09: SEC: P09131 Never Ends Searching for Users with Row Security (Doc ID 3054205.1)

Symptoms

For users with row security, when they run P09131, after clicking Find button, the search never ends.

Users without row security has no problem.

The same user with row security, but on a local web (dev client) has no problem.

No errors can be found in the CallObject kernel logs, since the query call is made on the JAS side.

From the User Specific JAS Debug Log captured as follows, The business view SELECT statement is at 15:19:08, then nothing much logged and the next statement is at 16:30:13 which is 1 hour later.


 
Steps to duplicate:
 
1. Sign on to the web client with user with Row Security on KCO and CO.
2. Enter P09131 in fastpath.
3. Click Find. The blue progress bar is seen and the search never ends.
