Symptoms

After enabling XDO debug logging based on the instructions from Note ID 651589.1 - E1: XMLP: How to Capture BI Publisher (BIP) Logs, "XDO Logging for ALL Reports" paragraph, the XDO debug log is not created by a Report Definition for which the XML source processing is based on an XSL template.

Steps to replicate the issue
1. Add an XSL Template into P95620.
For example the "identity rule" or "identity template" template can be used.
The content of the "identity rule" or "identity template" is as follows:

2. Create a Report Definition in P95620 and use the XSL Template in the RD processing
3. Enable the XDO debug logging as per Note ID 651589.1 - E1: XMLP: How to Capture BI Publisher (BIP) Logs (in xdodebug.cfg in the java runtime engine (JRE), lib folder add "LogLevel=STATEMENT" and "LogDir=c:\temp" lines)
4. Restart the Enterprise Server services and then run the Report Definition.
5. Notice that no XDO debug log is created
